Roasted Turkey tournedos with fondant potatoes, Brussels sprouts, chestnuts and cranberry sauce
Pan fried fillet of Salmon with linguine in tomato sauce and herbs
Steak Diana – 8 oz Sirloin steak in onions, mushrooms, paprika, brandy, French mustard and cream sauce
Confit of duck leg, roasted potatoes, mushrooms and rosemary jus
King prawn skewers with potato cake, pepper, red onions and salad
Grilled aubergine filled with ratatouille, glazed with mozzarella cheese and served with couscous and rocket
